Inside JD Sports New Gold Coast Location

Off the back of one very successful introduction to the market earlier this year in Melbourne, JD Sports have really impressed with their new Gold Coast store. One of over 500 stores world wide JD saw their beginnings in the UK and have migrated with strength across Europe and Asia since. As one of the worlds largest footwear retailers they naturally get preference as far as exclusive product goes and that was really on display today as we were given a tour of the new Pacific Fair store as it opened it’s doors.

With everything planned down to a tee the doors swung open this morning at 9:00am sharp and QLD shoppers were introduced to a sneaker and activewear store bigger then anything seen in the tropical state before. The line curved around the hall of the newly renovated centre as customers found previously sold out styles readily available on the store wall as well as a strong range of the exclusive product JD is known for.

The store follows similar design of the Melbourne Central store with sections divided by brand, size and gender. The layout really allows the customer to soak in everything JD has to offer with a very friendly vibe despite the stores large size. Located in the heart of the Gold Coast and only an hour commute from Brisbane expect to see alot of great releases available through the black and yellow JD doors for years to come.
