Kendrick’s New Album Set To Be Released On April 14th


After loads of speculation surrounding the date of April 7th we can now confirm that Kendrick Lamar’s fourth studio album will be released in a week (April 14th), two days before he’s set to headline Coachella. Due to a warning shot on his song “The Heart Part 4” fans all over the internet had their hearts set on the date April 7th.

“Y’all got till April the seven to get y’all shit together”

At this point it is unclear if the album was originally meant to come out on this date and it was just delayed or if the announcement was always planned for the 7th of April. There was no announcement per se, but rather the sudden appearance of a page on iTunes bearing his name and the title “ALBUM”.

Kendrick made waves when he released HUMBLE., the first single from the project which has already accumulated a whooping 39 million views on YouTube in just over a week.
